About the person:
They are looking for someone with a positive personality and an ability to communicate naturally
and deal with our customers and help them with any enquiries and sales.
 Be part of their team across 4 locations within Lower North Island.
 30-35 hours per week (office based role).
 Full-Ime permanent position

Responsibilities:
 Calling customers to ensure the we deliver awesome level of customer service.
 Supporting customers and visitors with their queries and requests.
 Provisioning and connecting ICT services, when required.
 Working with the IT Partners and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure an
effective hand-off of any customer related matters.
 Any other administrative tasks if required.

Requirements:
 Excellent Communication and problem solving skills.
 Confident phone manner with a flair for talking with people.
 A team player with strong work ethic.
 Collaborative approach so as to work closely with team members across the business to
deliver a premium outcome for the customer.
 Positive personality, self-motivated.
