They are looking for someone with a positive personality and an ability to communicate naturally
and deal with our customers and help them with any enquiries and sales.
Be part of their team across 4 locations within Lower North Island.
30-35 hours per week (office based role).
Full-Ime permanent position
Responsibilities:
Calling customers to ensure the we deliver awesome level of customer service.
Supporting customers and visitors with their queries and requests.
Provisioning and connecting ICT services, when required.
Working with the IT Partners and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure an
effective hand-off of any customer related matters.
Any other administrative tasks if required.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication and problem solving skills.
Confident phone manner with a flair for talking with people.
A team player with strong work ethic.
Collaborative approach so as to work closely with team members across the business to
deliver a premium outcome for the customer.
Positive personality, self-motivated.
